This fulfilled a prerequisite for the use of another cutting-edge technology: Backes&Müller’s proprietary control technology – DMC (TM). This system measures and controls the movement of each diaphragm. This ensures that the diaphragm is converted into sound exactly as dictated by the music signal. This prevents overshoot or delayed response caused by the diaphragm’s mass. From 2006 onwards, Backes&Müller made its next quantum leap with the introduction of digital signal processing and FIRTEC(TM) technology.
